The Starbucks® app is a convenient way to order ahead for pickup, scan and pay in-store and customize your favorites. Rewards are built right in, so you'll earn Stars towards free drinks and food on your purchases.

The Mobile Order & Pay application allows customers to easily customize and place their order at a nearby participating store without having to wait in line. This feature saves time and makes the ordering process more convenient for customers.

Customers can also pay for their order in store using the Starbucks® app, which not only saves time but also allows them to earn Rewards. These Rewards can be earned at many stores in the U.S. and can be redeemed for free drinks, food, and more. By joining Starbucks® Rewards, members can also enjoy exclusive benefits and earn Stars with almost every purchase.

There are various ways to earn Stars even quicker, such as Double Star Days, Bonus Star challenges, and Member exclusive games. No matter how customers choose to pay, they can still earn Stars on their order. This includes earning up to 3 Stars for every $1 spent with a Starbucks Rewards Visa Card, 2 Stars for every $1 spent with a Starbucks Card, and 1 Star for every $1 spent with cash, credit/debit, or PayPal. However, some restrictions may apply.

The app also allows customers to easily send a digital Starbucks Card as a gift to someone. This can be redeemed through email or within the app. Additionally, customers can manage their Starbucks Cards through the app by checking their balance, adding money, viewing past purchases, and transferring balances between cards.

For customers who are planning to visit a store, the app also has a feature that allows them to find a store near them. This includes information such as directions, store hours, and store amenities, making it easier for customers to plan their trip. Lastly, customers can also leave a tip for their barista when making a purchase through the app at participating stores in the U.S.
