This application is available for all Spectrum customers, but non-customers can also enjoy free access for 30 days. It provides hyperlocal news and weather information, curated by Spectrum News journalists and local partner publications. Users can read, watch, and listen to news stories, as well as browse enhanced articles with original reporting, infographics, and interactive maps. They can also watch on-demand videos and exclusive series, listen to local podcasts, and get the latest weather forecasts and alerts based on their location.

Users can also follow their interests by browsing and following topics such as local politics, education, transit, and health. They can customize their news experience to see more of what matters to them.

The app also offers live news coverage from Spectrum News’ local news networks in various states, including Kentucky, Massachusetts, New York City, New York State, North Carolina, Ohio, Central Florida, Southern California, Tampa, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Spectrum News+ is a new feature that allows users to watch the latest news from across the country, connecting communities. It is available for free with a Spectrum subscription and can be found in the Spectrum News app.

Users can also rest assured that their privacy rights are protected, as outlined in the app's privacy policy. However, the app is not currently available for small and medium-sized business or enterprise customers, or for Spectrum customers who only receive mobile service.
