Take on the role of a football manager in this realistic soccer strategy game.

You are a young, promising football manager at the start of your career. A handful of small clubs are prepared to gamble on your potential and make you their manager. You have the opportunity to choose one of these clubs and lead them from the bottom league all the way to European glory. However, you also have the option to leave for bigger and better clubs as your career progresses.

The game offers a realistic experience with 750 clubs to manage across 9 European countries, including England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Russia, Portugal, Turkey, and the Netherlands. Each country has its own league and cup competitions, giving you a total of 64 trophies to compete for. Can you win them all?

The player database is massive, with 17,000 players for you to manage. Your scouts will regularly provide reports on potential players, and it's up to you to make offers to buy or loan them. You'll need to use your business skills to negotiate transfer fees and personal terms. You also have control over player sales, but be careful not to overspend as it could affect your job security.

Your chairman will give you a realistic target to achieve each season, such as avoiding relegation, finishing in the top 10, or even winning the league. As you steadily improve the team, the targets will become more challenging. You'll also have a transfer budget and wage budget to work with, but be mindful of your spending as the chairman won't be happy if you go over budget.

As your reputation grows, other clubs will consider appointing you as their manager. You can apply for jobs in the same country or abroad, but make sure to check the state of the club before accepting an offer. Your backroom staff, including the Head Coach, Academy Coach, Physio, Head Scout, Youth Scout, and Fitness Coach, will also play a crucial role in the success of your team.

Before each match, you must carefully select your team, taking into account their fitness and skill levels. You can also choose the formation and tactics to suit your opponent. During the match, you have the option to make substitutions and change tactics if needed. These decisions will ultimately shape your career as a football manager.
