In the summer and autumn of 2024, new features will be added to the app. These include the ability to view contributions made by the user, their employer, and the government's tax relief. Users will also be able to make extra contributions to their pot and view the fund their pot is invested in.
To get started with the app, users must be a member of Nest. They can log in using the same username and password they use for their member account on the Nest website. If they have not yet set up their Nest account online, they can do so by registering on the website and then logging in to the app with their chosen username and password.
If users need help or support, they can find it in the Help section of the app. The Member Help Centre on the Nest website also offers app support. If users have a question about their Nest account or pension pot, they can log in to the app or website to send a secure message to Nest.
The app also allows users to provide feedback on the features and tools. However, personal details such as pot balance or password should not be included in the feedback. Nest values user input and encourages them to share their thoughts on the app.
