Users can request a replacement card if their original is lost, stolen, or damaged, and can quickly review key account information without having to sign in every time through the Citi Mobile Snapshot feature.
The app also offers Zelle, a fast and fee-free way to pay and split payments with trusted individuals. Users can also easily deposit checks from their mobile device and locate fee-free ATMs near them. The app provides access to account information such as statements, balances, and recent activity, and allows for same-day or scheduled payments.
For a more comprehensive financial view, users can link all their bank accounts, credit cards, and investment accounts through the Smarter Aggregation feature. Spending insights allow users to track their spending habits and trends across all their accounts, and bill management allows for easy viewing and management of bills and recurring payments. Citi credit card customers can also view their FICO® Score for free through the app.
The app also offers convenient features for managing payments, including automatic payments, transfers, and payee management. Users can dispute credit card transactions if needed and track the status of their disputes. Account Alerts can be customized to keep users informed, and the credit card due date can be changed to a preferred date.
The app prioritizes security with features such as Citi Quick Lock, which allows users to lock or unlock a lost or misplaced card, and PIN Reset, which allows for resetting a debit card PIN from the mobile device. Fingerprint authentication is also available for a faster way to access the account. Some features may be available on a limited basis.
