The application allows users to easily import and assign files, specifically PDFs, from various sources such as Dropbox, Google Drive, and Local Storage. Users can assign either full files or single pages, and also have the ability to crop, cut, and edit specific parts of the imported files. Additionally, users can give edit access to student leaders, allowing for collaboration and efficient file management.

One of the main features of the application is the ability to annotate music. Users can utilize the pencil tool to draw on the music, the highlighter to mark key areas, and the text tool to add important notes. Furthermore, there is a shared notes feature where section leaders can add notes for the entire section, promoting communication and organization within the ensemble.

The application also offers a Live Mode feature, which allows for synchronization among all members of the ensemble. By activating Live Mode, users can connect their personal devices to the leader's device. When a piece of music is selected, everyone's individual parts for that song will be instantly displayed on their device, without the need for internet connection.

To further enhance organization, the application allows users to create a library of songs. Users can also add songs to a set list in a specific order and include the duration of each song. Additionally, the library can be backed up using the Beam Backup feature, providing users with peace of mind and the ability to easily access their library from any device.
